Corporate Communications Manager

A leading organisation in Taipei is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to develop and execute impactful communication strategies that enhance corporate reputation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

As a Corporate Communications professional, you will contribute to managing strategic, compliant, and impactful corporate and internal communications, strengthening the organisation’s reputation and engaging key stakeholders.

• Develop and deliver corporate and internal communication strategies, including executive messaging, employee engagement, and culture initiatives
• Lead media relations, external stakeholder engagement, press releases, announcements, and crisis/issue communications
• Ensure all communications meet regulations, industry codes, and internal SOPs, partnering with Regulatory, Medical, and Legal teams
• Manage corporate reputation, employer branding, and communications for key milestones (launches, approvals, acquisitions, CSR), including media monitoring and reporting
• Oversee digital and content platforms (website, intranet, social media), content calendars, consistency, and performance measurement using KPIs and analytics

Candidate profile

To excel in this role, you bring strong regulatory knowledge and the ability to deliver clear, compliant, and strategic communications in a highly regulated environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Life Sciences or related field
• 6–10 years of experience in corporate communications within highly regulated industries
• Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, media relations, and managing crisis communications collaboratively with legal or regulatory teams
• Strong ability to translate complex scientific or technical information into accessible messaging for diverse audiences
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with a compliance-focused mindset
