Marketing & Communication Lead

A global organisation is hiring a Marketing and Communications Lead in Taipei. You will drive brand reputation, stakeholder engagement, and clear, consistent communications across all channels while working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong digital, content, and integrated marketing experience in a collaborative, flexible environment.

What you'll do:

  • Develop communication strategies that strengthen brand visibility and reputation across global and regional markets.

  • Ensure consistent messaging across digital platforms, social media, PR activities, and internal communication channels.

  • Advise senior leadership on communication opportunities and challenges that support overall business objectives.

  • Lead integrated marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, events, multimedia storytelling, and content programmes that drive audience engagement.

  • Oversee the organisation’s digital presence, including website content, social media, email marketing, and multimedia assets.

  • Use data-driven insights to enhance communication performance and deepen connections with target audiences.

  • Produce high-quality content such as press releases, articles, executive messages, and marketing collateral for diverse stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain strong media relationships, coordinating interviews, press opportunities, and responses to media inquiries.

  • Support crisis communications by ensuring timely and accurate information during sensitive situations.

  • Partner with HR and leadership teams on employer branding efforts and organisational communications to promote transparency and employee engagement.


What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing or corporate communications within complex or multinational environments.

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content development for diverse audiences.

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a track record of producing compelling communication materials.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with strong attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Experience building positive media relationships and handling crisis communications.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to improve communication strategies.
