Medical Communication Manager

Our client is seeking a Medical Communication Manager to drive expert communication, network development, and training initiatives in Pharma / Healthcare Industry. The role involves engaging with key influencers, creating training materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with professionals in relevant healthcare, technical, or academic communities.
* Identify and engage with key influencers and emerging voices in the field.
* Act as the liaison for external institutions, professional associations, and relevant networks.
* Develop and deliver targeted training sessions tailored to team-specific needs, including sales and corporate functions.
* Lead onboarding, product briefings, and advanced knowledge-sharing programs.
* Organize external learning activities such as webinars, seminars, and workshops.
* Create and adapt expert-level materials that support internal learning and external education.
* Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with applicable local guidelines in all communications.
* Support the development of messaging and positioning for new initiatives and offerings.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key projects related to knowledge delivery and external outreach.

What you bring:

* Degree in life sciences, health, nutrition, or a related field; advanced qualifications preferred.
* 5-10 years of experience in a training, technical communication, or professional engagement role.
* Prior experience in healthcare, education, or expert community management is a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese.
* Skilled at simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
* Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with professionals and partners.
* Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative across functions and regions.
