An exciting opportunity awaits for an Associate Brand Manager within the Personal Care category, where your passion for brand development and commitment to excellence will be celebrated.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the end-to-end process of new product development from idea generation through consumer insights, concept testing, formulation and packaging development to successful launch.
  • Collaborate closely with research and development, supply chain, regulatory affairs, and regional teams to ensure product feasibility, timeline alignment, and launch excellence.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis including competitor studies and trend forecasting to identify innovation opportunities within the personal care category.
  • Track product performance post-launch and recommend optimisation or renovation strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Support integrated marketing communications planning across digital platforms, social media channels, public relations initiatives, key opinion leaders (KOL/KOC), retail outlets, and e-commerce touchpoints.
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal creative teams as well as external agencies to deliver consistent brand messaging that resonates with consumers.
  • Manage campaign production timelines while maintaining budget control and conducting thorough performance evaluations to maximise return on investment.
  • Monitor campaign ROI closely and provide actionable insights to enhance content effectiveness across all communication channels.
  • Assist in annual brand strategy development including advertising and promotion planning as well as growth forecasting for the personal care category.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects across all channels while preparing key presentations such as brand reviews, NPD proposals, and campaign summaries.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields within FMCG is required for this position.
  • 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sectors such as beauty or personal care or other consumer categories is essential for success.
  • Solid experience in new product development processes as well as integrated marketing communications execution is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary to interpret market data accurately and derive actionable consumer insights.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with proven project management abilities are vital for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • A creative mindset combined with agility allows you to adapt quickly to changing market conditions while remaining highly organised throughout multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset ensures accountability for outcomes while fostering trust among team members.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin enables seamless communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
