What you'll do:
As a Medical Marketing Manager, you will act as the strategic bridge between cutting-edge scientific research and tangible market growth within the Mom & Baby Nutrition portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing high-impact marketing plans that resonate with healthcare professionals while ensuring brand consistency across multiple platforms. You will lead professional education initiatives—both in-person at international events and digitally—crafting evidence-based content that supports clinical advocacy. By managing physician-led campaigns and overseeing resource allocation, you will directly contribute to operational efficiency and business success. Your ability to train teams, engage stakeholders, and collaborate across functions will be essential as you work together with colleagues who share your dedication to improving infant nutrition outcomes throughout Taiwan.
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual and quarterly medical marketing plans that ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
- Implement impactful medical initiatives that drive product advocacy among healthcare professionals through evidence-based strategies.
- Lead the design and delivery of professional education programmes for healthcare professionals using omnichannel platforms such as international congresses, symposia, and digital seminars.
- Create compelling educational materials tailored specifically for both healthcare professionals and consumers, ensuring clarity and scientific accuracy.
- Manage physician-led marketing activities including expert interviews, medical publications, and key opinion leader-driven video content to enhance thought leadership.
- Oversee PFME planning and control processes to optimise resource allocation and maximise return on investment.
- Conduct specialised product and promotional training sessions for the Medical Operations team to ensure proficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage with healthcare professionals to strengthen endorsements, build clinical advocacy, and increase brand awareness within the medical community.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align communication strategies and guarantee seamless execution of integrated projects across departments.
- Supervise consumer education programmes aimed at enhancing public understanding of infant nutrition while supporting overall business objectives.
What you bring:
Your background in nutrition or life sciences provides you with the technical expertise needed to translate complex research into accessible messaging for both healthcare professionals and consumers. With substantial experience gained from roles within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors, you bring valuable insights into industry best practices as well as an understanding of regulatory requirements. Your fluency in Mandarin and English allows you to communicate effectively across different audiences while building rapport with key opinion leaders. You are known for your excellent organisational skills—managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality—and your ability to work collaboratively ensures successful cross-functional partnerships. If you hold a Registered Dietitian certification or similar credentials, this further enhances your credibility when engaging with medical experts. - Bachelor’s degree or above in Nutrition, Food Science, Life Science or related field (Nutrition & Food Science preferred), providing you with a strong foundation in scientific principles relevant to the role.
- At least 8 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical-related positions, equipping you with deep industry insight and practical know-how.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written), enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders locally and internationally.
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong interpersonal abilities so you can foster trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals, colleagues, and external partners alike.
- Outstanding organisational skills paired with proven project management experience allow you to coordinate complex initiatives efficiently from conception through execution.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within collaborative teams ensures seamless integration into the company’s supportive culture.
- Registered Dietitian certification is considered an advantage but not mandatory; it demonstrates additional expertise in nutrition science.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for an Assistant Manager position if they show potential for growth within the organisation.
