Assistant Product Manager, Beauty

What you'll do:
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle by maintaining SKU accuracy, updating pricing structures, monitoring inventory levels, and tracking product performance metrics to ensure optimal business outcomes.
- Analyse sell-in and sell-out data alongside market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare detailed monthly business reports, performance recaps, and ad hoc analyses for internal stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making processes.
- Coordinate closely with supply chain partners to guarantee smooth stock flow, prevent out-of-stock situations, and support accurate demand forecasting.
- Maintain comprehensive product databases, calendars, and internal documentation with meticulous attention to detail for seamless operations.
- Support the planning and execution of annual and seasonal integrated marketing communications (IMC) for the skincare category by aligning campaigns with brand strategy and local market insights.
- Assist in developing campaign assets such as hero messages, key visuals adaptations, point-of-sale materials (POSM), social content inputs, CRM materials, and training decks.
- Collaborate with digital, social media, PR, KOL (Key Opinion Leader), and CRM teams to deliver consistent storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
- Track campaign performance rigorously and consolidate learnings to optimise future marketing initiatives.
- Partner with retail, field, and training teams to ensure strong launch execution at counters through effective visual merchandising, storytelling flows, point-of-sale communication strategies, and sampling initiatives.
What you bring:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field provides you with a solid academic foundation for this role.
- Between one to three years of experience within beauty, FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods), retail or consumer goods sectors equips you with relevant industry knowledge; prior exposure to counter brands or skincare is especially advantageous.
- Your strong analytical abilities enable you to interpret complex data sets using Excel and PowerPoint effectively for reporting purposes.
- Excellent organisational skills allow you to manage multiple timelines efficiently without compromising on quality or accuracy.
- Outstanding communication skills empower you to coordinate seamlessly across diverse stakeholder groups both internally and externally.
