What you'll do:
As an Integrated Marketing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of key product categories by orchestrating impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with customers nationwide. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing strategic annual plans, executing multi-channel advertising efforts, and collaborating with both internal teams and external partners. You will analyse sales data to inform agile decision-making while supporting the IMC group’s broader objectives through dedicated project stewardship. By leveraging your expertise in campaign management and cross-functional teamwork, you will help drive business growth while enjoying a nurturing environment that values your contributions.
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans for assigned product categories, ensuring all activities align with overall business goals.
- Design and execute comprehensive 360-degree advertising strategies across multiple channels including ATL advertising, BTL in-restaurant touchpoints, digital assets, media placements, social platforms, and public relations initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with creative and media agencies throughout pre-campaign planning stages as well as post-campaign analysis to continuously optimise campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
- Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, finance, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance regularly by reviewing detailed reports and analytics; take agile actions to adjust strategies in order to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Act as the appointed custodian for specific projects within the IMC group, providing essential support to ensure successful delivery of group-wide objectives.
- Coordinate national promotions by managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications effectively.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across various touchpoints.
- Identify market trends and consumer insights to inform future campaign planning and category management decisions.
- Prepare regular presentations and reports for senior management summarising campaign outcomes and recommendations for improvement.

- Strong analytical skills enabling you to review sales performance data critically and recommend actionable improvements promptly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that facilitate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams as well as external creative and media agencies.
- Outstanding organisational abilities allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- A keen eye for detail ensuring all marketing materials are consistent with brand standards across diverse touchpoints.
- Experience in preparing insightful presentations and reports for senior stakeholders is advantageous.
- Familiarity with current market trends in food service or hospitality industries would be beneficial but not essential.
