(Sr.) PM_Pharma_Urology
This role is responsible for driving the Urology portfolio, leading brand strategy and market execution in accordance with applicable industry regulations, customer compliance standards, and internal company policies. The position works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution and to accelerate product adoption in the clinical setting.

Develop and execute annual brand strategies, marketing plans, and commercial objectives

Manage marketing budgets and oversee promotional and academic activities

Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical societies

Collaborate closely with the sales organization to provide strategic direction, market insights, and regional resource planning

Analyze patient journeys and treatment pathways to identify opportunities to improve product uptake and market penetration
