A company in Taipei is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and profitability through strategic brand planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective market impact.

Key responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager, you will shape brand strategy and drive impactful campaigns to ensure commercial success for household products.

  • Lead brand strategy and annual marketing plans; manage positioning, messaging, and equity across all touch points
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, social, in-store) with agency partners
  • Drive new product development (NPD), launches, positioning, and portfolio life cycle management in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Manage marketing budgets, ROI, KPIs, and performance analysis to support commercial objectives
  • Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Operations while managing agencies and developing team capability

Candidate profile

The ideal Marketing Manager has extensive experience in strategic marketing with a proven ability to drive results through collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and effective project management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business required; MBA preferred
  • 5–8 years of brand management experience in the FMCG or consumer goods
  • Proven success in creating strategic marketing plans that boost brand awareness, market share, and profitability
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders
