What you'll do:

* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives, focusing on both local Taiwan market needs and broader regional goals.
* Act as the primary marketing communications lead from headquarters, ensuring seamless collaboration between Taiwan, Japan, and Southeast Asia teams for maximum strategic synergy.
* Drive inbound lead generation efforts and manage the marketing pipeline to support sustainable revenue growth across multiple markets.
* Synchronise marketing strategies with sales objectives to foster unified growth initiatives throughout the organisation.
* Design and implement precise digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing website traffic and improving conversion rates using advanced analytics.
* Utilise performance metrics to track campaign success, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve key marketing targets.
* Curate engaging content for blogs, social media platforms, and white papers while developing strategies to enhance B2B SaaS presence online.
* Work closely with senior leadership to ensure all content aligns with overarching marketing strategies and supports business goals.

What you bring:

* Demonstrated experience as a Marketing Communications Manager or Director within the technology sector, ideally with exposure to B2B SaaS environments.
* Expertise in developing data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results across diverse markets.
* Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including campaign management, website optimisation, analytics tracking, and conversion rate improvement.
* Strong background in lead generation methodologies tailored for B2B audiences within fast-evolving industries.
* Exceptional project management skills enabling you to oversee complex initiatives from conception through execution while maintaining organisational excellence.
* Outstanding communication abilities that foster effective collaboration among cross-functional teams spanning multiple regions.
* Leadership capabilities focused on nurturing talent within your team through mentorship, training opportunities, and shared goal-setting.
* Experience curating engaging content for blogs, social media channels, white papers, and other digital assets aligned with overall brand messaging.
* Ability to plan large-scale industry events such as webinars or forums that generate leads and elevate market positioning.
