The Brand Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day brand operations, driving brand growth, and leading new product development initiatives within the FMCG category. This role requires strong project management skills, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and successful product launches aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Management

    • Execute brand strategies to achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets.
    • Monitor brand performance through market data analysis and consumer insights.
    • Manage ATL and BTL marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • New Product Development (NPD)

    • Lead end-to-end NPD projects from concept to launch, including ideation, feasibility analysis, and commercialization.
    • Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, finance, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive opportunities for innovation.
    • Develop product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Project Management

    • Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments for NPD initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Support sales teams with product training and promotional materials.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG brand management, with proven exposure to NPD.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in market research tools.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
