A leading organisation in the health management sector is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to join their Taipei team. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to bring your expertise from renowned digital platforms and new media environments.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand the corporate health management market by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Utilise advanced platform resources to design tailored solutions that maximise value for enterprise customers and enhance their overall experience.
  • Lead the sales of workplace health services including onsite medical care, health consultation, wellness promotion programmes, and digital health platforms.
  • Actively gather client feedback and insights to anticipate needs and continuously improve service offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to refine user experiences and plan innovative service enhancements based on market trends and client requirements.
  • Foster strong communication channels across departments to ensure seamless integration of services into client organisations.
  • Oversee operational performance management within your team, focusing not only on revenue but also on delivering measurable improvements in client health outcomes.
  • Guide a diverse team of over 20 professionals with clarity, empathy, and strategic direction to achieve shared goals.
  • Champion a culture of open dialogue, mutual respect, and continuous improvement throughout all levels of the marketing function.

What you bring:

  • Proven track record in new media or marketing roles within major technology or e-commerce companies such as Yahoo, Shopee, or Line.
  • At least three years’ experience managing teams of more than 20 people with demonstrated ability to provide clear strategic guidance.
  • Strong logical thinking skills paired with the capacity to set direction for complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and how they can be leveraged for B2B client acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration with colleagues from diverse professional backgrounds.
  • Empathy, patience, enthusiasm, and a high sense of responsibility are highly valued personal attributes.
  • Background in nursing, nutrition, sports science, physiotherapy, psychology or related fields within the health industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to manage stress effectively while maintaining emotional composure under pressure.
  • Willingness to embrace new challenges and adapt quickly in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Intermediate or above proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
