Marketing Manager
A leading FMCG and health-focused organisation is seeking a Marketing Manager in Taipei to drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and commercial performance. You will lead strategic planning, market analysis, and campaign execution while working with cross-functional teams and external partners. What you'll do:
- Develop comprehensive annual marketing strategies designed to support portfolio growth in dynamic consumer-driven markets while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Identify emerging market trends, category shifts, and evolving health-conscious consumer behaviours to inform strategic decision-making processes.
- Manage substantial marketing budgets with responsibility for efficient investment allocation across diverse communication channels.
- Guide cross-functional teams as well as external partners to ensure delivery of aligned, high-impact marketing plans that meet organisational goals.
- Strengthen brand equity by maintaining consistent messaging, engaging storytelling, and a compelling visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns spanning mass media, digital platforms, retail environments, and experiential activations.
- Collaborate with insights, research and development, and commercial teams to ensure claims, messaging, and innovation are fully aligned with consumer expectations within FMCG or health-related segments.
- Oversee digital initiatives including content strategy development, social media management, SEO/SEM activities, and implementation of marketing automation tools.
- Drive data-led optimisation efforts focused on improving acquisition rates, enhancing retention strategies, and increasing consumer conversion metrics.
- Support new product introductions by developing robust go-to-market plans complete with value propositions and launch toolkits tailored to target audiences.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field; an advanced degree would be considered advantageous for this position.
- Demonstrated experience working within FMCG, consumer goods or health-related sectors where understanding of fast-moving markets is essential.
- Comprehensive knowledge of consumer behaviour patterns as well as category management principles relevant to brand-building activities.
- Proven track record in developing integrated marketing campaigns that span mass media outlets as well as digital platforms including social media and search engine marketing.
- Strong analytical skills enabling effective use of quantitative data for campaign optimisation alongside qualitative insights for deeper understanding of consumer motivations.
- Excellent communication abilities allowing you to present complex ideas clearly to senior leadership while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Leadership qualities evidenced by previous experience guiding project teams or managing agency relationships towards shared objectives.
- Project management expertise demonstrated through successful delivery of multi-channel campaigns on time and within budget constraints.
- Experience overseeing digital initiatives such as content strategy creation, social media engagement programmes or implementation of automated marketing solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment characterised by rapid change and high levels of competition.
