Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, revenue performance, and successful new product launches. This role combines market insights, data-driven decision-making, and creative execution to lead integrated marketing campaigns and collaborate across departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy & Revenue Growth

    • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with brand positioning and revenue targets.
    • Design promotional strategies and loyalty programs based on data insights to boost sales and customer retention.
  2. New Product Development & Launch

    • Collaborate with product development teams on concept creation, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches to ensure market penetration and sales performance.
  3. Brand Management

    • Maintain and strengthen brand image, ensuring all communications adhere to brand guidelines.
    • Create innovative campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  4. Digital Marketing & Media Management

    • Manage social media, website, and digital advertising to optimize traffic and conversion rates.
    • Work with media agencies to plan and execute online and offline advertising campaigns.
  5. Budget & Performance Management

    • Oversee marketing budget allocation and ensure efficient resource utilization.
    • Track and report marketing KPIs, analyze ROI, and implement performance improvements to meet revenue goals.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Build strong relationships with external partners (advertising agencies, PR firms, influencers).
