Marketing Manager, Consumer
A leading global consumer brand is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Taipei team. You will drive marketing strategies that boost brand visibility and customer engagement, with a focus on digital activations and data-driven insights. What you'll do:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that span both online and offline channels, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximum reach.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media management, performance marketing campaigns, content strategy development, CRM activities, website oversight, and analytics reporting.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution from initial planning stages through creative briefing, optimisation processes, and comprehensive post-campaign reviews.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions that enhance brand positioning and business growth.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content for digital platforms while maintaining message consistency and alignment with overall brand values.
- Build and maintain productive agency relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables are produced efficiently within budget constraints.
- Track key marketing KPIs regularly, leveraging data analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive ongoing campaign optimisation.
- Support product launches by coordinating promotional activities and cross-channel marketing programmes that maximise impact.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and regional teams to align on business priorities and ensure marketing objectives are met effectively.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is required for this role.
- Proven 10 years' experience in marketing roles with significant exposure to digital marketing strategies and hands-on campaign management.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital channels such as paid media advertising, SEO/SEM techniques, social media platforms, email/CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills enabling you to translate complex data sets into actionable insights for campaign optimisation.
- Excellent communication abilities paired with strong project management skills that facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
