Training Manager, Beauty

Our client is seeking an experienced Education Manager to join their team in Taipei. This role offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in brand vision and storytelling, influencing key stakeholders and optimising brand growth.

What you'll do:

• Immerse the brand vision, story-telling and articulate, influence critical stakeholders to get on board with the strategy.
• Lead the industry trend to inspire brand team and frontline BAs.
• Bring in new and creative way of training materials and methodology on a regular basis.
• Direct investigation on customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered condition of products.
• Manage the relationship among local, regional, and global regarding material development and local insight inputs.
• Significantly impact international education programs to drive local influence and elevate local needs.
• Lead and inspire BAs to work with brand-purpose and strong customer in mind.

What you bring:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant training experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, computer skills.
• Proficiency in makeup skills, basic knowledge of fragrance and skincare.
• Fluency in English/ Chinese language with ability to create inspiring materials in Chinese.
• Experience with salon channel or possession of aromatherapy certification is a plus.
• Strong individual driver and self-motivated.
• Proven exceptional ability in organizational skills, customer service, public speaking and instructional training.
