What you'll do:
- Define comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies that align with evolving business objectives and emerging market trends.
- Lead portfolio management by identifying new opportunities for innovation, brand expansion, and continuous performance improvement within the beauty and skincare categories.
- Translate deep consumer insights and market analysis into actionable plans that strengthen brand competitiveness and relevance.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept development through successful launch and post-launch evaluation to ensure sustained growth.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to guarantee timely delivery of new products that meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Shape compelling product claims, packaging designs, and communication strategies that reinforce brand equity while maintaining consumer appeal.
- Direct integrated marketing planning across digital platforms, retail environments, and professional channels to maximise awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Work hand-in-hand with commercial and sales teams to optimise trade marketing activities, channel activation efforts, and pricing strategies for enhanced market penetration.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies and media partners to deliver cohesive campaigns that tell a consistent brand story across all touchpoints.
- Set clear KPIs for brand performance, media return on investment (ROI), and innovation success while overseeing budget allocation for effective use of marketing investments.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline is required for this position.
- At least ten years of progressive experience in marketing roles within beauty, skincare or personal care industries is essential.
- Demonstrated success in leading product portfolio strategies as well as launching consumer-driven innovations that achieve commercial objectives.
- Deep understanding of consumer insights methodologies combined with proven expertise in brand management across multiple channels.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling effective cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Sales and agency partners.
- Advanced analytical abilities allowing you to set clear KPIs for media ROI, innovation success and overall brand performance.
- Experience managing creative agencies to deliver impactful campaigns that maintain consistent storytelling across all consumer touchpoints.
- Proficiency in overseeing budget allocation processes ensuring optimal use of marketing investments for sustainable growth.
