Senior Brand Manager, Beverage

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Manager to join their dynamic team in Taipei. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop marketing strategies for the beverage sector. Your expertise in market analysis will be crucial in identifying new marketing opportunities and driving brand growth. You will have the chance to coach assistant product managers, ensuring high-quality execution of marketing campaigns. With your keen eye for detail, you will review and analyse campaign performance, contributing significantly to sales efficiency. This role also involves managing annual A&CP budgets, further enhancing your strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect market insights and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Lead 1~2 assistant product manager in developing a 3-5 year marketing plan for the brand/product
  • Coach assistant product manager in developing and executing marketing campaigns with external agencies
  • Review and analyse marketing campaign performance
  • Guide assistant product manager in evaluating new product opportunities, concept development, and launch plan preparation
  • Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns and sales
  • Manage annual A&P budget

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in brand management and developing marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities
  • Experience coaching and leading teams to execute high-quality marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in reviewing and analysing campaign performance data
  • Experience in product concept development and launch planning
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets
