A leading personal care brand, is seeking an Assistant Product Manager/Product Supervisor to join their team in Taipei. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to marketing plans and strategies, assist in brand management and strategy execution, conduct consumer opinion surveys, consumer analysis and insights, and plan product channel activities. You will also be involved in new product development and P&L management. Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Product Manager/Product Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's personal care products. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the formulation of marketing plans and strategies, managing brand strategies to achieve brand profit and market share goals, conducting consumer opinion surveys, analysing consumer behaviour and providing insights. You will also plan product channel activities, participate in new product development, and manage Profit & Loss. This role requires a keen understanding of the personal care market and a passion for delivering products that meet customer needs.

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Product Manager/Product Supervisor role will bring 2-3 years of experience in daily necessities market research or product planning operations. You should have strong team collaboration skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, clear logical thinking, and a flexible approach to work. Your ability to understand consumer needs and translate them into effective product strategies will be key to your success in this role.
