Our client, a global leader in the Consumer / FMCG industry, is seeking a driven Marketing Manager to lead and optimize marketing strategies. This role offers a chance to contribute to the growth of renowned brands. The successful candidate will manage brand development, market research, product launches, and promotions to boost brand visibility and market share.

What you'll do:


* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market share.
* Manage and enhance brand equity, positioning, and consumer perception across various markets.
* Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
* Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.
* Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to drive brand awareness and sales.
* Collaborate with Product Development and R&D teams to support the launch of new products and innovations.


What you bring:


* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
* 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in the Consumer industry.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
* Strong understanding of brand management, market research, and consumer behavior.
* Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
