Product (Assistant) Manager - Health Supplement

As a Product (Assistant Manager) focusing on Health Supplements, you will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of our client's brand. Your responsibilities will span across managing the brand's P&L, budget planning, performance tracking, cost control, sales forecasting, order placement, inventory management, and product-related planning and execution. You will also engage in marketing planning which includes ATL advertising and BTL marketing. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work on new product launch projects and conduct health supplement market research to identify potential opportunities for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the P&L of the brand along with budget planning
  • Track performance and control costs associated with the brand
  • Handle sales forecasting, order placement, and inventory management
  • Plan and execute product-related strategies
  • Engage in marketing planning including ATL advertising and BTL marketing
  • Work on new product launch projects
  • Conduct health supplement market research to identify opportunities for the brand

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in the FMCG industry preferably in health supplements/food/pharmaceuticals sector
  • Experience in new product development & launch planning/advertising media procurement
  • Strong numerical analysis skills (P&L analysis, proficiency in EXCEL)
  • Ability to think independently, attention to management details, good communication and coordination skills
