Brand Manager - Food & Beverage

As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing captivating brand identities that enchant target customers. Your primary goal will be to drive exceptional brand performance through innovative marketing plans and campaigns. You will brainstorm ideas to meet sales objectives, execute plans effectively, and report on campaign results. Your creativity, analytical mind, research skills, and results-oriented approach will be key in increasing sales and brand awareness.

Key Requirements:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans based on deep-dive consumer insights
  • Lead agency to develop campaigns and coordinate with sales and trade marketing team to deliver business results
  • Analyse product forecasts/relevant financials and report on product sales
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, optimise spends and performance based on these insights with budget management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise user experiences
  • Drive and manage agency relationships (media and production agency)

What you bring:

  • At least 4 years of brand marketing experience at Brand/Product Manager equivalent level
  • Solid experience managing Above The Line & Below The Line brand marketing campaigns
  • Ability to conduct research, analyse data effectively, complete NPD independently
  • Excellent communication skills enabling successful collaboration with cross-functions and agencies
  • Agility, organised approach, strong accountability
  • Results-driven attitude
