Marketing Manager, Food & Beverage

Our client is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Marketing Manager (Senior) to develop and execute marketing strategies for food and beverage products. The ideal candidate will have experience in both traditional and digital marketing, with a focus on new product development. You’ll manage the product lifecycle, from research and innovation to launches and post-launch marketing, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for existing and new food and beverage products to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Work closely with the product development team to ensure new products align with market needs and brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with the product development and R&D teams to create and launch new products from concept to market.
  • Manage the product launch process, including packaging, pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies.
  • Conduct market research and consumer testing to refine product offerings and ensure successful market adoption.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms and product lines.
  • Develop presentations and reports for senior management on product performance and marketing ROI.
  • Plan and oversee promotional events, trade shows, and product sampling initiatives to engage customers and drive product awareness.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently.


What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in food and beverage / FMCG marketing with a strong background in new product development.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new food and beverage products.
  • Experience in both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market segmentation, trend analysis in the food & beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media, CRM systems).
  • Ability to collaborate and lead cross-functional teams.
