The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand-building strategies, driving exceptional brand performance, and captivating their target customers. What you'll do:

* Develop annual marketing plans and operational plans for the brand.
* Execute brand communication strategies across various channels including digital media, seminars, forums, and KOLs.
* Identify suitable promotion programs and materials to support sales activation.
* Ensure forecast accuracy through diligent operational control.
* Collect and consolidate market intelligence including competitor analysis, consumer behaviour, shopper trends, and market share data.
* Work with stakeholders to support brand decisions based on collected data.
* Brainstorm ideas to meet sales and marketing objectives.
* Execute plans and report on campaign results.


What you bring:


* Proven experience in managing ATL & BTL brand marketing campaigns.
* Ability to conduct research and analyse data effectively.
* Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork.
* Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving marketing objectives.
* Solid understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
* Experience in developing annual marketing plans and operational plans for brands.
* Proficiency in executing brand communication strategies across various channels.
