Marketing Manager / Head, OTC

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Marketing Manager / Head in OTC to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies across a variety of channels. What you'll do:

* Develop, implement, and refine the overall marketing strategy to drive brand growth and market share.
* Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for expansion.
* Create and maintain a clear brand vision, ensuring alignment across all marketing efforts.
* Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from conception to post-launch analysis.
* Analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies as necessary, and report on key metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI.
* Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to optimize marketing outreach and resource efficiency.
* Provide direction to creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and high-quality execution across all marketing assets.

What you bring:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in marketing roles in OTC, Consumer Healthcare or related.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and other key marketing channels.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Creative thinking with the ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.
