Our client is seeking a results-driven and seasoned Brand Manager with expertise in the Nutrition sector. This role is a dynamic opportunity to lead category-defining projects, craft strategic brand initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. As a pivotal leader in the organization, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional marketing plans with precision and impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the brand custodian with full P&L responsibility and ownership.
- Establish and deliver growth objectives for the assigned brand.
- Lead and align growth strategies and business plans with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with CRM, Digital, Medical, and Trade Marketing teams to develop consumer acquisition strategies.
- Effectively execute brand marketing plans, including 4Ps, communications, and media planning.
- Drive consumer insights through market research and data analysis to inform key strategies.

Key Qualifications

- Minimum 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Nutrition or FMCG industries.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven track record in new product development, project management, and execution of launch plans.
- Expertise in advertising/communications, media planning, and digital/social marketing.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and budget optimization to achieve sales, margin, and profit targets.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Competency in MS Office tools and applications.
