Our client is seeking a dedicated and strategic Product Manager to oversee their Oncology product portfolio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to align with global strategies, prioritise marketing initiatives, and drive the brand's success through patient-centred value. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing tailored marketing plans, introducing innovative tests and technologies to the market, and maintaining forecast accuracy as per company standards.

What you'll do:


As a Product Manager in Oncology, you will act as the 'strategic champion' for products by crafting and guiding the marketing strategy locally. You will develop marketing strategies that prioritise patient value while designing comprehensive, customer-focused experiences. Your role will involve staying updated on global market trends within the therapy area and using analytics to identify strategic opportunities. You will also monitor competitor activities, build relationships with key stakeholders, manage product forecasts, control budgets, and contribute to public relations strategies.


* Crafting and guiding the local marketing strategy for products
* Developing marketing strategies prioritising patient value
* Designing comprehensive, customer-focused experiences through cross-functional collaboration
* Monitoring competitor activities and suggesting strategic responses
* Building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, product advocates, and speakers
* Managing product forecasts, overseeing product introductions/withdrawals, and communicating any product updates
* Controlling budgets in line with agreed financial plans


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for this Product Manager role will bring a minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Product Management. You should have a proven track record in translating scientific insights into compelling marketing messages and experience with branding, medical education, and PR/communications agencies. Your background should include leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing budgets effectively, and launching products successfully. Proficiency in market analytics is essential for this role.


* Minimum of 2 years in Pharmaceutical Product Management
* Experience in brand positioning and development
* Proven track record in translating scientific insights into compelling marketing messages
* Proficiency in budget management
