The successful candidate will be entrusted with the formulation of a strategic marketing plan and channel strategy, both underpinned by consumer and business insights, with the aim of achieving sales and transaction objectives. What you'll do:
As the SBM / MM, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be scrutinising business, consumer and market data to develop profound customer insights that will guide our marketing priorities and activities. You will also be tasked with devising a strategic marketing plan driven by these insights, as well as managing channel strategies to meet sales and transaction objectives. Collaboration is key in this role as you will work closely with operations, EC, and CRM teams to achieve planned targets. Additionally, you will supervise subordinates, fostering their growth within the company while ensuring execution excellence in all plans.
What you bring:
* Minimum education requirement: BS Degree with major in marketing. Statistics or MBA is preferred
* 8+years of experience primarily in FMCG or Consumer industries
* Preferred commercial / trade marketing / research background
* Preferred experience within the food industry
* Commercial acumen: Business acumen, strong logical thinking and commercial planning skill
* Collaboration skill: Proven ability to build relationships across functions through genuine communication, prompt action and effective problem solving
* Digital savvy: Familiarity with digital channels and marketing in a digital world
