My client is the leading brand in F&B industry.
Our client is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to take charge of their value strategy, annual promotion planning, and menu strategy. This role will involve developing and implementing strategies to compete effectively in the market, analysing user profiles to drive customer recruitment and retention, and managing new product development. The successful candidate will also be responsible for Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) development, conducting promotional proposals based on financial analysis, and overseeing research development. A key part of this role will also involve channel management to grow sales.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement brand value strategies for everyday occasions to compete against competitors
- Analyse user profiles to recruit new customers and drive existing customer frequency
- Manage new product development (NPD), including promotional proposals based on financial analysis and post-tracking evaluation
- Oversee ATL/BTL development and implementation across various platforms such as digital, social, WOM, PR, leaflet, in-store POSM etc.
- Conduct promotional proposals based on financial analysis
- Implement research development
- Manage Food Aggregator (FA) channel to grow sales by partnering with B2B and individual business owners
- Supervise communication programs to ensure timely delivery and achievement of targets
- Control Advertising & Promotion (A&P) spending within budget
What you bring:
- Proven experience in brand management and promotion planning
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse user profiles effectively
- Experience in new product development from conception to implementation
- Knowledge of ATL/BTL development across various platforms
- Ability to conduct promotional proposals based on financial analysis
- Experience in implementing research development

- Strong budget management skills with experience controlling A&P spending
