Create and define annual business plan and execute 360 marketing strategy
Define consumer-oriented market research, business intelligence/market intelligence to facilitate optimal brand/product positioning
Work closely with the cross teams and regional teams on creating and executing the strategy for the brands
Ensure smooth internal and external communication of the in-charged brands
Ensure effective communication via ATL and BTL activities
12+ years of progressive and successful experience in leading FMCG
Various new product launch or re-launch experience
Able to manage brand independently with great creativeness
Open minded, strong strategy thinking and communication skills
