Location: Taoyuan, Taiwan About the Role A leading global manufacturer is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to join their team in Taoyuan, Taiwan. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction by managing quality feedback, providing technical support, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing sites. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships, while contributing to product excellence and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer quality issues, handling complaints and service demands professionally.
  • Analyse and summarise customer feedback and market quality data for reporting and trend tracking.
  • Provide technical support and facilitate timely resolution of customer complaints.
  • Conduct customer visits to maintain relationships, understand needs, and monitor product performance.
  • Deliver product training sessions as needed to enhance customer knowledge and usage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Utilise quality tools to analyse issues and implement effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the PCBA or connector industry.
  • Familiarity with connector technology and PCBA processes to identify root causes of quality issues.
  • Strong understanding of quality control procedures and use of quality tools for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with internal teams and supporting customers.
  • Experience in audits, customer support, and delivering product training is highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately register data and maintain thorough documentation.
