What you'll do: As a Customer Quality Engineer based in Tainan, you will immerse yourself in a role that bridges technical expertise with outstanding customer care. Success in this role comes from your ability to communicate clearly, work cooperatively across departments, and maintain a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional service at every stage of the process. * Act as the primary contact point for global manufacturing facilities, handling customer complaints and service demands related to product quality with empathy and professionalism. * Summarise customer information and register market quality data accurately to ensure comprehensive records are maintained for analysis and reporting. * Respond promptly to customer feedback, providing on-site technical support when necessary, while ensuring all issues are communicated effectively to relevant internal departments. * Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints by urging timely improvements within the company, creating a closed-loop process that leads to swift problem-solving. * Conduct regular visits to customers to maintain strong relationships, understand their needs, and monitor product usage in real-world applications. * Follow up on audit findings from client audits, ensuring all actions are completed thoroughly and any concerns are addressed collaboratively. * Deliver product knowledge training sessions for customers, covering connector technology, application guidance, and operational best practices as needed. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to share insights from customer interactions and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives. * Utilise various quality tools to analyse issues and implement effective solutions that enhance overall customer satisfaction. * Support the creation of a nurturing environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and shared responsibility for achieving high standards.
