What you'll do:

• Develop project plans, manage processes, timelines, costs, risks, and quality control to ensure project objectives are met.
• Track project budgets and schedules, manage WBS, key project milestones, and phase goals to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Collect and consolidate user requirements, integrate them into the project development plan, and organize regular meetings with customers for project reporting.
• Participate in requirement analysis, coordinate system design and internal communication to ensure clear project requirements and smooth communication.
• Collaborate with different departments within the company to ensure business development needs are met.
• Support strategic work, handle ad-hoc requests, and integrate long-term market and competitive insights into growth opportunity analysis.

What you bring:

• At least 10 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager focused on customer-oriented solution/service delivery projects.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Must hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Scrum Master (CSM) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Master's degree is preferred.
