What you'll do:

• Create global business plans, product line strategies and roadmaps for computer accessories solutions
• Develop go-to-market strategies and objectives to deliver annual global gross trade sales and gross margin contribution
• Define new product direction and identify new business opportunities using in-depth knowledge of the global customer/end-user needs, marketplace and competition
• Prioritise concrete product marketing requirements including a well-articulated product portfolio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial and strategic results
• Deliver key customer insights back to the organisation to drive product development priorities
• Manage category portfolio's strategic planning cycle

What you bring:

• Undergraduate degree required, major in Engineering/ Business Administration preferred. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in product management in the technology industry
• Minimum of eight years of experience working in the B2C, B2B, E-tail, or PC OEM markets on a global or regional basis
• Experience in digital security (MFA, FIDO) and/or computer audio & video (webcam, headsets, speakerphone) are preferred.
• Demonstrated successful track record in Mechanical Engineering and/or Product Management disciplines
• Customer-focused with a strong external market orientation.
• Solid planning and organizational skills; proven ability to establish business, product and market plans with quantitative methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
