Our client is currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead a production team of 50–100 employees and support capacity expansion and cross-site operations. This role will be based in the Xizhi / Qidu area. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in manufacturing process optimization and at least 3 years of people management experience. You will have the opportunity to participate in multiple process improvement initiatives and make a meaningful impact in shop-floor management, productivity improvement, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a production team of 50–100 employees

• Oversee daily shop-floor operations to ensure product quality and production efficiency

• Plan and execute manpower allocation to support capacity expansion

• Lead process optimization and continuous improvement projects

• Support cross-site operations and resource sharing

• Implement walk-around management and resolve on-site issues promptly

• Analyze production data and drive measurable performance improvements

• Promote Industrial Engineering (IE) concepts to enhance standardization and automation

• Collaborate closely with Production Control, Quality Assurance, and R&D teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing process optimization

• 3+ years of people management experience, leading teams of 50+ members

• Strong background in shop-floor management, productivity improvement, and process improvement

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and across sites

• Familiar with IE principles and their practical application

• Bachelor’s degree or above (field not limited)

• Intermediate English ability for reading technical documents and basic communication
