Supply Excellence Lead
A FMCG company in Taiwan is looking for a Supply Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement, cost and loss reduction, and KPI delivery in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
As Supply Excellence Lead, you will manage cross-functional teams to drive the company's Supply Excellence programme, optimise processes, eliminate losses, and embed continuous improvement across the site.
- SE Program Leadership: Lead and execute the company’s SE program, align all pillar plans with the Compelling Business Need (CBN), participate in CP3 (Connect Point) meetings, reinforce FMOS processes, and drive clear, consistent site-wide company’s SE communications
- Loss Analysis, Cost Management & Focused Improvement: Serve as the site expert on the cost loss model, leading loss analysis (EE) within the FI pillar, driving NQC/TRS improvements, integrating loss elimination into the company’s SE master plan, optimising processes, and tracking SSIP actions and KPIs
- Capability Building & Coaching: Identify critical capability needs, deliver pillar workshops, and coach leaders and teams to strengthen problem-solving and continuous improvement skills
- Governance & Performance Review: Maintain the company’s SE master plan, conduct performance reviews and maturity assessments, and collaborate with other sites to share best practices and drive program reapplication
- Leadership Engagement & Ad Hoc Support: Coach site leadership on program ownership, build a continuous improvement culture, and perform data analysis or other ad hoc tasks to support site priorities
Candidate profile
The ideal Supply Excellence Lead should have extensive FMCG experience, with expertise in industrial engineering, LEAN/TPM, process optimisation, cost management, and driving continuous improvement through coaching, collaboration, and performance analysis.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years’ LEAN/TPM experience in a multinational food company, preferably FMCG, with cross-functional and factory exposure
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in production process planning, labor hour estimation, equipment capacity optimisation, production efficiency improvement, and product anomaly analysis during trial and mass production
- LEAN/TPM Mastery: Advanced or expert-level knowledge of core LEAN/TPM pillars (FI, AM, PM) with a proven track record leading change initiative
- Education & Qualification: BS degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to work effectively across teams to drive operational improvements
