Process Engineering Lead/Supervisor

Location: New Taipei City Join a leading global manufacturer to lead process engineering and continuous improvement initiatives. You will support a team focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction, while collaborating cross-functionally to optimise manufacturing performance and support new product introductions. Key responsibilities * Lead process engineering activities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, capacity, and cost. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean (SMED, 5S) and process optimisation. * Support daily production operations and resolve complex engineering issues using data-driven methods. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other plants to share best practices. * Develop and coach the process engineering team through structured training and capability plans

Key qualifications

• Experience in process optimisation and continuous improvement projects.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Minitab, or similar tools.

• Ability to apply engineering principles and structured problem-solving methods.

• Proven collaboration and communication skills across all organisational levels.

• Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams toward shared goals.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.

• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (ME/EE) preferred.

• Knowledge of parts design, assembly, testing, and project management is a plus.
