What you bring:
To excel as Head of Factory Operations in this forward-thinking organisation’s server integration facility, you will bring extensive experience managing large-scale electronics manufacturing or electro-mechanical assembly sites. Your background should include deep technical knowledge of data centre hardware combined with practical expertise in optimising complex workflows under tight deadlines. Your approachability makes it easy for colleagues at all levels to seek guidance or share ideas openly. A strong commitment to upholding rigorous safety standards is essential given the fast-paced nature of this environment. Additionally, your proficiency with digital tools like ERP software enables you to coordinate resources efficiently while keeping projects on track. If you have previously worked with hyperscaler clients or implemented ISO-certified quality systems—or if you have hands-on experience coordinating logistics for large-scale IT deployments—your expertise will be especially valued here.
