A leading real estate management group in Taipei is seeking a General Affairs Supervisor to oversee energy planning, office layout, and asset management across multiple sites. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will lead an eight-member team, drive sustainability initiatives, and ensure efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

As General Affairs Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations across all business premises while supporting sustainability goals. Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing energy planning and resource optimisation for all properties to drive sustainable development
  • Coordinating office layout and space planning projects while managing branch construction, relocations, or closures and overseeing daily facility maintenance to support evolving business needs
  • Leading procurement activities for office resources with a focus on cost-effectiveness and green procurement practices
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including seal management, official document management, and other administrative affairs to maintain efficient internal operations
  • Responsible for fixed asset maintenance and management, including cost control, inventory tracking, and contract oversight to ensure optimal use and preservation

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in engineering design or facility management within large organisations. You should be dependable, collaborative, and committed to fostering teamwork while excelling under pressure. Key qualifications include:

  • A university degree in architectural design, engineering management, business management, or related fields (preferred)
  • At least 10 years of experience in engineering design, general affairs, and office facility management, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Proficiency in space design principles and energy management systems with hands-on involvement in equipment maintenance
  • Strong asset management skills including cost control techniques and contract supervision expertise
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining high efficiency
