About the Role Join a leading international manufacturer as a Manufacturing and Engineering Supervisor, overseeing operations, process improvements, and cross-functional projects in Taiwan and overseas. This role offers exposure to new product introduction (NPI), ISO certification, Lean/6-Sigma initiatives, and potential international rotations. Key Responsibilities * Lead or support factory operations, process improvement, and ISO compliance projects. * Manage production quality issues, analyze defects, and implement corrective actions. * Participate in new line setups, overseas plant expansions, and major operational projects. * Collaborate across departments to optimise efficiency, scheduling, and resources. * Develop technical and managerial skills through structured training programs, with future management opportunities.

Requirements

  • Background in electronic or mechanical engineering with extensive production management experience.

  • Experience leading teams in SMT, product engineering, production scheduling, or industrial engineering.

  • Experience with large-scale plant setups, new line installations, or ISO certification projects preferred.

  • Lean/6-Sigma green belt and familiarity with NPI, APQP/PPAP/FMEA/DFx, DOE.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

  • Demonstrated integrity, teamwork, and professional reliability.
