Factory Operations Manager

Lead end-to-end factory operations to deliver cost efficiency, quality, safety, and on-time production. Drive process improvement, change management, and cross-functional collaboration while developing high-performing teams and protecting intellectual property.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage overall factory operations and performance across cost, quality, delivery, safety, and assets.

  • Lead process control, continuous improvement, and production change initiatives.

  • Develop and manage supervisors, engineers, and technicians through effective talent strategies.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to optimise manufacturing performance.

  • Approve production changes, trials, and process or equipment improvements.

Key qualifications

  • Strong experience in manufacturing operations management.

  • Knowledge of plastic molding, metal processing drawings, and scientific molding principles.

  • Proven project management and ERP system experience.

  • Solid cost analysis skills and strong communication abilities.
