This exciting opportunity, based in Taipei, offers you the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the digital ecosystem that powers direct-to-consumer strategies across e-commerce, point-of-sale, and CRM platforms. You will be at the forefront of technical innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences for customers and consumers alike.

What you'll do:

* Serve as the technical co-owner and subject matter expert for all digital platforms including Shopify e-commerce infrastructure and CRM applications, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements.
* Ensure the reliability, scalability, and high performance of all digital platforms to support ongoing business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Develop comprehensive platform roadmaps that align with organisational objectives and emerging technology trends to future-proof the digital ecosystem.
* Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all application components and functionalities to ensure transparency and ease of maintenance.
* Engage proactively with brand, digital, retail, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their technology needs and translate them into effective technical specifications.
* Work collaboratively with regional and global stakeholders to ensure solutions are consistent with broader technology directions while leveraging common platforms where possible.
* Design, implement, and maintain critical system integrations between e-commerce, marketplaces, POS systems, CRM applications, and other enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow.
* Troubleshoot integration issues promptly and implement solutions that optimise system connectivity and overall platform performance.
* Manage relationships with third-party service providers by overseeing contract negotiations, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and coordinating timely delivery of services.
* Lead cross-functional projects related to platform implementations or enhancements by developing project plans, allocating resources efficiently, managing timelines effectively, and communicating progress transparently to all stakeholders.


What you bring:

* Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field is required to provide a solid foundation for understanding complex technical environments.
* At least five years of experience managing digital platforms or e-commerce operations demonstrates your ability to handle large-scale systems effectively.
* Proven success managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms at scale ensures you can oversee mission-critical infrastructure confidently.
* Deep proficiency in Shopify platform management with a focus on e-commerce operations, POS systems, CRM applications, and integration tools is essential for this position.
* Working functional knowledge of SAP technologies such as SAP ECC is highly desirable as it enhances your ability to integrate various enterprise systems seamlessly.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills enable you to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently while minimising disruption to business operations.
* Excellent communication skills allow you to explain intricate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users across different departments.
* Demonstrated project management experience—including planning projects from inception through delivery—ensures successful outcomes within budgetary constraints.
* Ability to work dependably both independently and as part of a team in an environment where priorities can shift rapidly is crucial for adapting quickly to changing demands.
* Strong analytical abilities combined with emotional intelligence empower you to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation as well as with external partners.
