【Financial Institution】Senior Project Manager (Digital IT)

What will you do:

* Responsible for projects related to the development of the bank's digital information system, from requirements analysis, planning, execution to case closure, ensuring smooth progress and achievement of goals at every stage.
* Coordinate internal IT teams and external vendor resources to effectively allocate tasks and monitor progress to ensure seamless cooperation.
* Proactively identify issues or risks in the project process, propose specific and feasible solutions, and actively communicate and coordinate.
* Regularly provide detailed progress reports and risk assessments to project stakeholders, promoting transparent and effective information flow.
* Implement project management processes in accordance with the company's ISO standards, strictly control document output to maintain high-quality deliverables.
* Establish and maintain good cross-departmental cooperative relationships, promote understanding and support among teams, and jointly achieve organizational goals.
* Leverage agile methodologies to optimize project processes, improving responsiveness and agility to respond to rapidly changing demands.
* Assist in the introduction of new technology platforms, such as microservice architecture, containerization, and API development, to improve overall system performance and stability.

What you bring:

* With more than three years of experience in project planning and execution related to information systems or data in the banking industry, as well as experience in outsourcing vendor management, you can independently handle complex tasks and ensure efficient completion.

* Possess good team communication skills and collaborative spirit, which can effectively promote consensus and cooperation in cross-departmental or multi-party cooperation scenarios.

* Those who understand modern technology platform concepts such as microservice architecture, containerization technology, and API development are preferred, which can help promote technological upgrades and innovative applications.
