What you'll do:
* Define and execute a comprehensive digital technology roadmap for eCommerce, CRM, and MarTech platforms that aligns with overall business objectives and supports long-term growth.
* Identify emerging technologies such as AI and MarTech tools, assessing their potential to foster innovation and provide competitive advantages within the market.
* Champion initiatives focused on digital transformation that improve both customer engagement and operational efficiency across all digital touchpoints.
* Design robust system architectures that ensure seamless integration between various digital platforms while maintaining high standards for scalability and performance.
* Oversee API frameworks, data flow governance, and compliance with security regulations including GDPR and local laws to safeguard sensitive information.
* Establish best practices for disaster recovery planning and performance optimisation to guarantee reliability of all digital systems.
* Drive the integration of customer data platforms (CDP) and CRM systems to enable personalised marketing campaigns and loyalty programmes tailored to individual preferences.
* Collaborate with marketing and business teams to leverage technology for advanced analytics, generating actionable insights into customer behaviour.
* Promote rigorous standards for data security and compliance throughout every aspect of the organisation’s digital operations.
* Act as the primary liaison for regional Digital IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with APAC strategies as well as global standards while managing vendor relationships for solution delivery.
What you bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline is required for this position.
* At least three years’ experience in IT leadership roles with proven success in managing CRM ecosystems, eCommerce projects, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
* Extensive hands-on experience working with eCommerce systems such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other third-party web platforms is essential.
* Demonstrated proficiency in API integration across OMS/POS/ERP/payment/logistics/membership systems coupled with solid BI experience using tools like Power BI.
* Familiarity with CRM/LMS/CDP/MA platforms as well as expertise in managing complex data flows within these environments is highly desirable.
* Comprehensive knowledge of cloud computing platforms including Azure, GCP or AWS along with practical experience in system deployment is expected.
* Understanding of GA (Google Analytics), DMP (Data Management Platform), Line-related solutions would be considered advantageous but not mandatory.
* Strong awareness of cybersecurity principles combined with experience ensuring compliance with relevant regulations is crucial for safeguarding organisational assets.
* Experience applying AI or MarTech solutions in real-world business scenarios would be beneficial but not essential for consideration.
* Exceptional communication skills paired with stakeholder management abilities are vital for collaborating effectively across functions; proven project governance and vendor management experience are also important.
