An international organisation is seeking a Project Manager to join the CEO Office. This unique opportunity places you at the heart of strategic decision-making, where your ability to connect teams and drive projects will directly influence the company’s growth and success. You will work closely with the CEO, translating high-level priorities into actionable projects, ensuring seamless execution across departments, and providing essential insights for executive decisions.

What you'll do:

* Translate strategic priorities and ad-hoc requests from the CEO into clearly defined projects with specific goals, timelines, and measurable success metrics.
* Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring consistent progress across varying timelines and shifting priorities within a dynamic environment.
* Monitor project status, risks, and dependencies proactively, addressing issues as they arise to maintain momentum and alignment.
* Consolidate information from cross-functional teams into clear summaries and actionable recommendations for executive review.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration by fostering open communication and teamwork to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively and delivered on time.
* Define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse data sets, and provide valuable insights that support decision-making and prioritisation for senior management.
* Analyse relevant market trends, industry developments, and internal data to generate insights that inform executive strategy.
* Support preparation for executive meetings and investor presentations by organising materials, compiling data, and managing follow-up actions efficiently.
* Organise, maintain, and curate reference materials, documents, and data for leadership discussions as well as investor communications.
* Take detailed meeting notes during key discussions; summarise decisions and action items to ensure all stakeholders remain aligned throughout each project cycle.


What you bring:

* Minimum five years of experience in executive support roles or project management within fast-paced environments such as strategy or business operations.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining clarity around priorities in a dynamic setting.
* Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with metrics, dashboards, KPIs; able to interpret data effectively for decision support.
* Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English; able to convey ideas clearly across functions and cultures.
* Proven track record of influencing stakeholders through collaborative approaches that foster trust and interdependence among teams.
* Highly organised approach combined with proactive problem-solving abilities; able to operate independently while remaining responsive to changing needs.
* Exceptional judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information; consistently demonstrates discretion in all interactions.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally with the CEO (approximately 20–30% of the year), embracing new experiences with enthusiasm.
* Experience supporting executive leadership or coordinating schedules/logistics is highly valued for this role.
* Preferred: Experience in hospitality industry or within international/multinational/startup environments adds further value.
