Sr. Product Manager

What you'll do:

* Leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products

* Owning the user experience on multiple platforms from onboarding to trading

* Aligning teams on a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

* Driving product development with a team of talented engineers and designers

* Defining and analysing metrics that inform the success of products

* Maximising efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

What you bring:

* 5+ years experience in product management with a track record of success

* 3+ years hands-on software/web development experience

* Strong analytical, prioritization, logical thinking skills

* Ability to transform abstract problems into concrete, executable tasks

* Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills

* Proficiency in developing and managing trading, payment, or compliance products

* Experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies

* Expertise in financial trading and other relevant financial services

* Experience working with external partners to build software services

* Specialization in SQL and data analysis tools
