A global gambling group is looking for a Technical Project Manager, this position will be client-facing role and is required good communication skills in both Chinese & English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, guiding them through the correct implementation of products and features
• Provide front-line technical services to address daily operational inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders
• Translate client requests into high-level specifications for effective communication with the development team
• Develop comprehensive product support documents to facilitate client onboarding
• Participate in technical discussions with internal and external teams to enhance understanding of products
• Communicate messages clearly in daily operations and presentations
• Manage essential project documentation, including project charters, updates, and reports
• Evaluate work processes within cross-functional teams, identifying gaps, and facilitating process improvements

Key Requirements:

• Possess familiarity with the software development life cycle and related processes
• Engage with higher-level management to comprehend business requirements
• Take ownership of successful project implementation and be directly accountable for its success
• Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure
• Define project resources, conduct performance reviews, and conduct post-implementation evaluations
