As a senior project manager for this global company, the job scope covers Funnel Strategy and User Experience Optimization, Web Tech Development and Project Management, and Stakeholder Collaboration and Capacity Building. You need to lead a team across the region and be required in fluent English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective funnel strategies in collaboration with local teams to drive meaningful traffic to the GPEA website
• Maximize lead capture and donation potential through engaging content and optimized user experience
• Conduct regular audits of website performance, providing strategic and tactical recommendations for improvements on web technology and content to achieve organizational objectives
• Create and/or manage web tech development projects that introduce new features and functionality to the GPEA website
• Ensure better digital experiences for company supporters
• Establish, report, and set targets for key engagement metrics on the GPEA website
• Conduct consultation meetings with key stakeholders and business teams to identify growth potential and new requirements for website content and technology
• Identify gaps in web tech capability and provide capacity-building plans to promote digital literacy and competency within and across teams
• Liaise with external web tech/content/design partners as necessary and represent GPEA in the global web tech community
