What you'll do:

• Develop and implement the overall IT strategy to ensure all technology initiatives are fully aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives.
• Oversee daily operations of the IT department by providing dependable technical services that support stable business functions across all departments.
• Collaborate with overseas teams and external partners to facilitate smooth cross-border communication and foster effective technical cooperation.
• Supervise information security protocols to guarantee data protection, system integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations at all times.
• Manage and optimise the SAP ERP system to maintain stable operation while driving continuous performance improvements based on business needs.
• Lead system development projects and architecture planning to ensure technical solutions are scalable and meet future organisational requirements.
• Mentor, guide, and develop members of the technical team to enhance their capabilities, encourage knowledge sharing, and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate implementation projects related to MES/WMS systems by leveraging hands-on experience in Power BI for insightful reporting and analysis.
• Monitor emerging technologies to recommend enhancements that support business growth while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure all IT policies are up-to-date and communicated clearly throughout the organisation to promote best practices.
