s Head of Information Technology, you will play an integral role in orchestrating the day-to-day running of all IT systems while championing best practices across the organisation. Your focus will be on creating an environment where technology empowers every department—from finance to sales—by ensuring applications run efficiently and securely. • Oversee daily IT operations to guarantee smooth application performance and reliable system availability throughout the organisation.
• Implement comprehensive IT policies and standards that align with both global and regional guidelines, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Lead, coach, and nurture a team of three IT professionals, fostering their growth while managing relationships with external vendors for optimal service delivery.
• Provide responsive technical support and tailored training to users across various departments, enhancing overall digital literacy within the company.
• Plan, manage, and execute IT budgets, acquisitions, and strategic projects to support both immediate needs and long-term objectives.
• Safeguard data integrity by maintaining robust security practices for networks, backup systems, and sensitive information assets.
• Collaborate proactively with business leaders to identify opportunities where technology can add value and streamline operations.
• Support core business functions such as finance, supply chain, and sales by optimising SAP ERP processes in partnership with process owners.
• Manage retail-specific technologies including POS systems (such as Cegid) and eCommerce platforms (like 91App or Salesforce Commerce Cloud), ensuring they meet evolving business requirements.
• Drive agile project management methodologies to deliver timely solutions while providing ongoing operational support for all IT-related activities.
